As a Contract Administrator, you will: Serve as a subject matter expert and facilitator of contracts within UPM’s data systems. Lead a “First in Class” customer experience from intake to product delivery. Serve as a liaison, ensuring customer/resolution data is recorded in an accurate and timely manner. Analyze contracts and reporting for auditing and data integrity purposes. Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure customer needs are met. Other duties as assigned.
