to join our team. Our teams work on impactful projects that contribute to safeguarding critical infrastructure, involving advanced vulnerability analysis and solutions. With offices in Northern Virginia, Melbourne, Florida, Tel Aviv, Israel, and other locations, we are expanding rapidly to support our customers and partners' needs. Job Description
The
Senior Project Management Systems Integrator
will coordinate efforts to drive mission success by ensuring alignment between program objectives, supporting high visibility projects, and providing front office support. Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage meetings with stakeholders, including senior leadership and working groups. Coordinate project PMRs, create briefings, track financials, schedule, identify risks/issues, and plan the way forward. Maintain an action tracking system for project-related action items. Track and ensure completion of assigned actions, oversee requirements tracking, and communicate status. Provide meeting minutes, highlights, slide decks, and maintain documentation using Office tools. Review and edit correspondence and documentation for clarity, accuracy, and conformance. Gather information from internal/external resources to resolve issues and concerns. Support technical exchanges between experts. Prepare and maintain project documents such as SOWs, SRSs, ICDs, CONOPS, RFCs, and Test Plans. Review milestone documentation for consistency with project requirements. Attend and document results from reviews like CIR, PDR, CDR, and others. Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Project management experience, including scheduling, monitoring, and contingency planning. Experience with system integration, technical requirements, and design evaluation. Ability to work on multiple projects and take initiative. Desired Skills
Experience with system integration tasks such as writing technical requirements and developing system flowcharts. Customer service experience. Program/project management experience. Supporting leadership at high levels. Process improvement leadership. Why Join REDLattice?
