5210 As a New Business Development Manager, your goal is to leverage your business development expertise to work strategically with existing distributors and their dealers (in service replacement parts and e-commerce). You will form new relationships and grow aftermarket business by engaging with customers at all levels of the value chain. The position is based at our corporate headquarters in Wauwatosa. You will do this by: Developing, implementing, and maintaining business plans to prospect new distributors and customers in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Creating and presenting sales and marketing programs to cultivate opportunities and secure orders. Collecting, analyzing, and comparing data from target markets to make proposals and recommendations to stakeholders internally and externally. Collaborating with sales and marketing leaders to implement company sales programs. Developing and executing growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Managing selling costs through effective management and expense control. Performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidate qualities include: Excitement about sales A proactive attitude Adaptability and a sense of urgency Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience Fluency in English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility At least three years of sales and/or customer service experience, with five or more preferred Preferred Qualifications: Education or training in data science and/or analytics Strong background in business development Experience working with dealer distribution channels Additional Knowledge & Skills: Proven ability to develop new business plans Ability to analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for maximizing sales Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Strong organizational and prioritization skills Travel Requirements: Approximate travel: 25% Frequency: As needed Location: Domestic Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
