6 months of relevant warehouse experience Certified/Expert in Receiving, Material Handling, Catalog Fulfillment, Inventory, or Returns Ability to read, write legibly, and count accurately; focus on tasks without distraction Computer literacy, basic keyboard skills, familiarity with shipping software and Excel Physical Requirements:
Stand on feet for an 8-hour shift Stand in one area for up to two hours Lift up to 60 pounds Stooping/Bending (80% of work time) Continuous grasping, reaching, twisting Job Skills & Traits:
Alertness, quick learning, good retention Productivity and positive team attitude High-quality work and effective communication Adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards Responsibilities:
Operate shipping software accurately and efficiently Follow shipping procedures and ensure complete and correct information for delivery Maintain quality control standards Maintain high productivity levels Ensure 99.89% shipping accuracy Report daily shipping results to supervisor Follow safety, security, and sanitation procedures Perform additional duties as assigned BDA is more than a workplace — it’s a family.
