As a member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving monthly recurring revenue (MRR). Working closely with the Founder/Director of Sales and the CRO, you’ll identify and engage potential clients, build meaningful relationships, and leverage strategic sales tools to secure qualified meetings and close new business. Responsibilities Generate and qualify new leads using databases, internet research, and industry tools. Cold call, email, and utilize social media to reach out to potential clients. Document and track all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activity history in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo). Understand client needs, assess their IT infrastructure, and propose solutions that align with their challenges. Follow up on inbound leads and proactively make outbound calls to drive new business. Prepare proposals, develop pricing strategies, and conduct presentations to move prospects through the sales funnel. Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and conduct proactive outbound calling strategies targeting key decision-makers. Achieve quotas for net new clients to grow MRR. Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and create new business opportunities. Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts based on real client interactions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall company success. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience in a sales role, preferably in IT consulting or services. Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot and Apollo. Comfortable and experienced with cold calling and consultative selling. Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. Competitive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment. Exceptional written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening. Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional customer service orientation and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Impressive presentation and negotiating skills. Ability to travel locally to customer meetings or corporate events as required. Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $60,000-80,000 with performance-based bonuses. 1st year realistic OTE $130,000+. Comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance.
