Overview
SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) role at Compass One Healthcare. Location: Children’s Mercy Hospital, 2401 Gillham Road, Kansas City, MO 64108. This full-time position has a 40-hour schedule; days and hours may vary. Online applications accepted only. Responsibilities
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained. Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor and develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Prior supervisor experience is preferred. Compensation
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $22.50 per hour. Benefits
