As a Customer Support Specialist, Your Impact Is Two-fold
For the customer, your goal is to is to provide technical assistance with products, process inquiries, pricing, urgent orders and deliveries. For the team, your goal is to communicate needs and information, collaborate with other team members and departments, and coordinate activities to ensure an excellent customer experience.

This is a long-term, career-growth oriented position, and as such, the compensation package we're offering is competitive: $52,000 - $70,000 (annually, based on experience), and includes opportunities for you to maximize your earning potential through education, experience, our ESOP, bonuses and professional development programs.

Job Requirements
Ability to work in the office. Experience with fluid power products / industry preferred. 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred but not required. We train! Excellent communication skills. Customer focused. Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
As part of our employment process, John Henry Foster conducts background checks and drug screenings on all final candidates. This may include, but is not limited to, verificaation of employment history, education, criminal records, and other information relevant to the position.
