Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services company, is looking for an Alternate Program Manager (FLETC Roleplaying) to support the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, GA. The Alternate Program Manager will be responsible when the Program Manager is absent. This role ensures operational excellence across technical efforts, staffing, and roleplaying activities.

Responsibilities
Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and roleplaying team activities.
Provide administrative guidance, program control, and technical supervision of personnel involved in support of contract requirements.
Interface with the Government’s COR.
Serve as the main point of contact for the contract to the Government with full decision‑making authority.
Must be available to the Government during normal business hours and will be available during all other times as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) consecutive years of experience within the last five (5) years as a manager or supervisor in a related field of comparable magnitude (management, administrative staff, and over 100 part‑time employees).
College degree preferred but not required.
PMP Certification preferred but not required.
Must pass a background examination for suitability to support Law Enforcement training.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
