Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Position Summary: Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. What you’ll do
Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas as needed.
Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans production, including for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for production, training, and product quality decisions with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
Be an Owner: Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; assists customers per company policies and procedures.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and the club by valuing the member experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses the Open Door Policy; applies these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; and adapts to change and feedback.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred qualifications: Food Service; Food Handler Certification (Food Safety)

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
