Job Description Description Hourly Range:

This position involves manual work performing unskilled and semi-skilled tasks of a physically demanding nature. Tasks include routine duties such as asset moves, event assistance, refuse/recycling collection, snow/ice removal, pressure washing, and routine pickups and deliveries. Requires driving a truck and operating light construction equipment like backhoes, forklifts, bobcats, etc. (Training will be provided for light construction vehicles; no special license required, only a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record). Works under general supervision with explicit instructions only on new or non-routine tasks. Essential Functions: Drive trucks (up to 3 tons) for hauling recycle/refuse, personnel, equipment, and materials. Unload and move materials, supplies, furniture, and equipment. Operate tractors, forklifts, and other light equipment. Perform related work as required. Inspect, schedule, and perform pressure washing as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year of work experience required; related field/trade experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to use small power tools and lighting equipment. Ability to operate trucks up to 3 tons. Knowledge of materials, supplies, equipment, and practices used in the trade. Ability to recognize minor maintenance needs for vehicles and equipment. Basic knowledge of Word and Excel; CMMS management preferred. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Strong problem-solving, organizational, planning, and time management skills. Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record. Training/license to operate trucks, forklifts, and moving equipment preferred. Work Conditions: Willingness to work longer hours for emergencies and meet deadlines. Availability for evening and weekend shifts, with schedule adjustments as needed. Physical and Environmental Demands: Sit for long periods, bend, crawl, squat, climb. Reach above shoulders, carry/lift 25-50 lbs. Kneel, stand, walk long distances. Push/Pull objects, handle objects with dexterity. Application Deadline:
