Creamery Ecommerce Stockroom Worker (Part-Time)
The Penn State Berkey Creamery is seeking highly motivated individuals to assist with all aspects of our online order shipping department in part-time positions.
Responsibilities
Pulling ice cream from freezers
Pulling cold products from coolers
Handling dry ice
Packing orders to be shipped
Unloading, stocking, and preparing shipment supplies
Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness
Physical Demands
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly, with or without accommodation
Notes If interested, candidates may operate a university vehicle, provided they have a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle records check, in addition to standard background checks.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
We offer flexible scheduling based on class and/or activity schedules
Background checks/clearances Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
Campus Security Crime Statistics Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
