Position: Project Manager AES seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee large projects ($2M to $50M), interpret contractual terms, and manage project responsibilities. This role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across transmission & distribution projects, coordinating material and labor procurement. Work hours:

Typically Monday – Friday at our Dayton, OH office, with possible weekends, holidays, and irregular hours. Job Responsibilities: Execute multi-year, multi-million dollar transmission & distribution construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met. Follow project management standards, including schedules, cash flows, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation. Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to meet project milestones. Develop specifications and scopes of work with engineering and supply chain teams, ensuring contract compliance and minimizing change orders. Collaborate with Construction Management to execute activities efficiently. Track and review project costs, provide forecasts, and prepare detailed cost reports. Define material requirements and assist procurement in inventory and cost management. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Engineering required; Master’s preferred. Experience:

3-5 years managing multi-million dollar projects, preferably in electric utilities. PMP certification is a plus. Must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and familiar with contracting, purchasing policies, and project management tools like SAP, Oracle P6, and Copperleaf C55.
