The Assistant Administrator assists individuals with activities of daily living, personal care, and community integration to help them develop lifestyles reflecting their preferences and interests. Fulfills the duties of the home administrator in their absence and participates in developing, implementing, and monitoring goals and activities for each person supported, as noted in their Person Centered Plan (PCP). Job Specific Responsibilities: Supervises home staff in collaboration with, and in the absence of, the home admin. Ensures policies and procedures are known and followed in the home. Performs delegated assignments from the home administrator including: Assisting individuals with personal care and daily living skills. Training new staff. Evaluating potential new residents. Reviewing and following up on documentation related to people served. Preparing for audits and reviews from governing agencies. Maintaining resident files and conducting program updates. Work cooperatively with the interdisciplinary team to support each individual’s PCP, including training staff, implementing the PCP, and ensuring documentation is completed. Seniority level
