Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader. This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises restaurant employees. We look for motivated, service-oriented employees with a high school education or GED and a valid driver\'s license to fulfill this important position.
Responsibilities
Assist the management team in ensuring guest satisfaction and restaurant performance on assigned shifts.
Supervise restaurant employees and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
Communicate effectively with the Assistant Manager or General Manager to escalate issues and implement shift plans.
Qualifications
High school education or GED required.
Valid driver\'s license.
Motivated, service-oriented attitude with willingness to lead on every shift.
