Model company-appropriate Back of House Standards for receiving/stocking team. Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor. Drive Associate compliance with company policies and standards. Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence. Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition. Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required. Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
