Consistently answer incoming calls to the Customer Service Department (approx. 60+ calls daily). Ask appropriate questions to identify the root cause of calls and generate effective solutions for clients and customers, resolving conflicts effectively. Follow up on customer issues and concerns (payments, payoffs, title work) promptly. Utilize time management skills to balance call quantity and quality, meeting deadlines for assigned projects. Manage resources and locate references efficiently to maximize productivity during calls. Document customer interactions clearly and concisely, recording all necessary information. Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude. Be punctual and prepared to start shifts on time. Required Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree. Strong communication skills. Computer proficiency. Team-oriented mindset. Organizational skills. Problem-solving ability and multitasking skills. Pay and Benefits:

The pay range is $22.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment length. Benefits may include: Medical, dental & vision insurance.
