This position performs skilled building maintenance and repair work, may supervise helpers, and performs related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident alien, or eligible for unrestricted employment under federal law. Experience and Training:

Four (4) years of experience in building maintenance or equivalent training and experience. Driver's License:
