Business Development Manager

is to sell comprehensive security systems and services to the Company’s clients: local building owners, managers, tenants, and developers. Kastle, a well-established leader in the security industry, recognizes the challenges and complexities its clients face in managing their security systems effectively. Kastle uniquely manages security systems so its clients don’t have to face these challenges. Responsibilities Prospect in-person and travel within your geographic territory as needed for sales opportunities. Participate in key industry associations and events to increase brand awareness and position Kastle favorably among targeted clients. Perform physical surveys of outdoor industrial premises such as scrap metal recyclers, auto auctions, waste management, building suppliers, and construction sites. Design security system solutions tailored to meet client needs. Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals within your territory. Qualifications Proven success working independently to penetrate a territory, growing sales and revenue. At least five (5) years of successful sales experience, preferably in security sales, monitored video solutions, or related industries such as scrap metal recycling, auto auctions, waste management, or construction. Bachelor's Degree. Strong prospecting techniques and consultative, strategic selling skills to industrial clients at the executive level. Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication and presentations. Experience closing sales of complex systems or services with long sales cycles. Experience with CRM systems, creating PowerPoint and video demos, and learning proprietary tools and technologies. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently to meet goals.
