Dental Office Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Dental Office Manager to lead operations, support our dentists, and ensure a superior patient experience at Aspen Dental. The role is titled Operations Manager within our organization.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year plus monthly and quarterly incentive earnings.
Full‑time position.

Responsibilities
Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff.
Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payment, and ensure high quality of care.
Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plan, and develop strategies to increase profitability.
Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance.
Perform additional tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
You are a people‑centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Analytical thinker who leans on data to drive decisions.
