Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management in Century City is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and committed individual with strong initiative and excellent communication skills for the role of Investment Performance Analyst. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and calculating GIPS Composites, including coordinating and supporting GIPS Verification efforts. It also involves fulfilling periodic and ad-hoc reporting needs, such as performance and risk statistics, portfolio analytics, fundamental characteristics, and attribution. Additionally, the role includes assisting with RFP/Questionnaires for performance data and cross-training across other functions within the PAR team. Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and validate GIPS Composites Lead the annual GIPS Examination Produce performance reports and analysis on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Deliver client reports timely and create custom reports Respond to internal ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders Handle RFPs/RFIs for performance data Participate in special initiatives and projects Ensure policies and procedures are documented and followed Recommend and implement process improvements Ideal Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field Progress towards CIPM or CFA is a plus 3 to 6 years of relevant experience Knowledge of GIPS and performance measurement Experience with FactSet Portfolio Analysis and SPAR is advantageous Proficiency in MS Excel (including macros and VBA) Familiarity with Sylvan, GWP, Bloomberg, and other systems is beneficial Ability to learn new systems quickly Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a proactive approach Effective communicator capable of explaining detailed information Ability to work independently and in a team Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000, based on education, experience, and location. The role includes participation in a company incentive plan, comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and more.
