What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Greet members and guests professionally, responding to their inquiries efficiently Answer phone calls within three rings, providing clear information about facilities and programs Handle negative feedback courteously and forward suggestions to supervisors Process membership registrations and charge appropriate fees for services Assist with outbound calls and maintain communication with members and staff
What is Required (Qualifications): High School Diploma; Associate Degree in Business or related area preferred Minimum of one year experience in customer service and/or sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; prior knowledge of Active-net and Camp Brain Software is a plus Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) preferred Experience with customer service in a nonprofit or community-focused environment Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision and make sound decisions Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
