The Member Experience Associate is responsible for the entire Member Experience. You will be the face of the club; the first person a member sees when they walk in, creating a welcoming environment.

Ability to wear many hats: guiding prospects on the phone, making smoothies, assisting members.
Passion for helping others.
Effective communication with customers, coworkers, and managers.
Multitasking ability.
Member experience orientation.
Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
CPR/AED training preferred.
Experience in retail or hospitality helpful.
Responsibilities
Greeting and checking in members.
Resolving customer issues effectively.
Membership sales and retention.
Following up with prospects.
Selling merchandise like smoothies and pro shop items.
Ensuring a safe and clean environment.
Opening and closing the facility as scheduled.
Following company policies and procedures.
Appearance & Schedule Wear staff shirt, khaki or black athletic pants, sneakers. Be well-groomed. Openers arrive 15 minutes early; closers leave at scheduled time.
Compensation $15.50 - $16.00 per hour.
