$64-67K POSITION SUMMARY: You will provide support to 24/7 operations across tactical, operational, and strategic levels. From biometric-enabled watchlist management to facial comparison and identity resolution, your work will directly support deployed forces, intelligence partners, and national security priorities.

Conducts analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities to include, but not limited to, fingerprints, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavior for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks. Fuses identity attributes to include, but not limited to, biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action. Analyzes friendly and adversary biometric systems to understand their capabilities, vulnerabilities, and to inform the U.S. Defense Acquisition Community. Supports the production and coordination of doctrine and policy documents, in accordance with applicable DoD authorities and guidance, to facilitate and advance I2 across the DIE.

Key Responsibilities Perform

MULTI-INT triage, exploitation, and analysis

of biometric, forensic, DOMEX, SIGINT, and CELLEX data in support of I2 objectives. Produce finished intelligence products, including

biometric/biographic analysis reports , facial comparison assessments, and MEDEX rollups adhering to MCIA and IC standards. Conduct

identity resolution operations

using tools like DONISIS, BI2R, facial recognition systems, and open-source research to identify persons of interest. Support

DoD and national-level watchlisting , including encounter management, nominations, change/removal requests, and RFI responses. Monitor and manage shared inboxes

and coordinate across agencies such as DFBA, NGIC, NCIS, and the FBI SIU to ensure timely processing and dissemination. Conduct

image/video exploitation , including 1:N and 1:1 searches, metadata analysis, and geolocation tagging. Support case management of DONISIS submissions and assess identity attributes in visual media for partner and USMC operations. Contribute to the

development and delivery of briefings, training materials, and analytical products

that meet ICD 203, 206, and 208 standards. Operate within a

24/7/365-366 shift environment , with shift start/end times at the discretion of I2 Branch leadership. Qualifications: Mid-Level Analyst: Active

TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree

in a related field (or equivalent additional experience) 8+ years of experience

in identity intelligence, biometric exploitation, or multi-INT analysis Ability to work assigned

shift schedule in a 24/7/365 environment Demonstrated ability to evaluate biometric and forensic data and synthesize into actionable intelligence Familiarity with IC/DoD classification and watchlisting protocols Strong writing and analytical reasoning skills Senior Analyst: Active

TS/SCI clearance Master’s degree

in a related field (or equivalent additional experience) 12+ years of experience

in identity intelligence, forensics, or all-source analysis Proven ability to lead analytical efforts, manage casework, and drive mission support during

shift operations Expertise in fusion of biometric, CELLEX, DOMEX, and SIGINT-derived identity data Experience producing complex assessments and briefings aligned with ICD and MCIA production standards Nice to Haves Familiarity with BEWL/National-level watchlisting operations and related intelligence systems Advanced knowledge of EFT files, ORIs, TCNs, and biometric identifiers Experience conducting geolocation, image/video authentication, and facial recognition Demonstrated collaboration with NCIS, NGIC, DFBA, and other I2 partners Publication or authorship of enterprise-level I2 assessments Experience developing training or standard operating procedures for I2 workflows BENEFITS SUMMARY:
