Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking an INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST to join our INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY team on an occasional basis. This position supports physicians in procedures and provides diagnostic aid by conducting organ and body scans on patients. Responsibilities

Assists physicians in procedures and provides diagnostic aid by conducting organ and body scans on patients. Administers and records isotope dosage in accordance with established department protocol. Observes the patient during procedure and reports abnormal activity. Hours

Hours: Occasional/PRN only Experience / Qualifications

Knowledge of radiological standards and procedures normally acquired through completion of a diploma from an approved AMA school of radiological technology, an Associate’s Degree in Radiology, or other manner to meet requirements of the ARRT. Possesses State of Wisconsin Radiographer license. Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
