Full-Time Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Compensation:
$115,000 - $120,000
annually + full benefits package
Primary Responsibilities
Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, families, couples, and groups.
Collaborate with other professionals to provide client-centered care.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal standards.
Stay informed about new trends in mental health through workshops and training.
Qualifications
Master’s
degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
Active New York State license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
Specialization in trauma, substance use, or family counseling preferred.
Familiarity with ethical and legal guidelines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
