Tertiary qualification

PC: Intel Core i5 or better (2 Cores, 4 CPUs) with 8GB+ RAM

Internet: 20+ Mbps fiber via LAN cable

Equipment: HD webcam and noise-canceling headset

Power: UPS backup (for load shedding)
