Physical Therapist
to join our growing rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based, individualized care focused on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall function. This role involves evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans for patients with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patient needs and develop customized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional training, and use of modalities as appropriate. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Maintain accurate, detailed records in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards. Stay current on best practices through continuing education and professional development. Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree. Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida. Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities. Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
