Clinical Manager

A Clinical Manager oversees the operations and staff of the Isaiah House Clinical department, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of services. The Clinical Manager also maintains a focus on driving client care and compliance.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, behavioral science, or a related field required.
Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted license or associate license in the state of Kentucky. Acceptable licenses include: LPCC, LCSW, LPCA, CADC, CSW, or LCADC.
A minimum of one year of post‑licensure experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Strong understanding of recovery, mental health, and co‑occurring disorders; experience in residential or intensive outpatient addiction treatment settings preferred.
Familiarity with various funding sources and ability to collaborate effectively with billing teams is an asset.
Crisis intervention and conflict resolution experience preferred.
Must possess a valid Kentucky driver’s license.
Experience with medication‑assisted treatment (MAT/MOUD) is preferred.
Job Specific Functions
Provide ongoing training and supervision to clinical staff.
Collaborate with administrative assistant, Director of Clinical Operations and compliance as needed.
Provide oversight, supervision and quality assurance of all mental health and AOD clinical services including record keeping and direct services.
Collaborate with the Utilization Review Supervisor to correct or adjust documentation to ensure accurate billing.
Coordinate client care, review treatment plans, case notes, pre‑certs and written correspondence to verify they meet county, state, and federal agency standards.
Ensure professional liability insurance is current with clinical staff.
Participate in client graduations as needed.
Facilitate psychoeducation groups on family visitation days.
Assist the Director of Clinical Operations in implementing policy and procedural changes.
Perform other clinical and supervisory duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements
Adheres to Isaiah House policies and procedures.
Attends mandatory in‑services and other training/educational programs as required.
Maintain personal professional liability insurance.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Stay current with CEU credits.
