full time PT
to join our in-house therapy team at Meadowbrook Healthcare & Rehab. Help us expand therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care. You will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to best meet the needs of your patients. Our therapy team expansion will be a strong focus, and you will receive strong orientation, training and ongoing support as we grow. Join to create and implement therapy programs to meet patient needs Help expand therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud and wound care Receive strong orientation, training and ongoing support as the team grows Work with a dynamic and high-energy team Clinical mentorship – job shadowing Clinical and program development Leadership development Maintain work-life balance with a flexible schedule Maintain strong infection control to keep staff and residents safe Qualifications
