Responsibilities Position Summary:
Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families, promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Provides direct care and delegates and supervises nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, improves quality of care, establishes professional relationships, fulfills hospital responsibilities and develops clinical expertise in specialty areas.
Position Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment
Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor
Current, valid driver’s license
Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
Additional Qualifications / Skills
1 year acute‑care experience (strongly preferred)
Professional image and strong presentation skills
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
Independent decision‑making ability
Computer and software application proficiency
Freedom from illegal drug and alcohol use in the workplace
Certificates, Licensures, Registrations
Current RN license, BLS certification, and driver’s license as above
Additional certifications may be required (ex. ACLS, PALS, NRP)
