The Laboratory Operations group is seeking a Senior Laboratory Technician to become an integral part of the gene therapy drug development effort. This on‑site position requires adaptability and the ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced environment. Monday through Friday. What You Will Do
Prepare and sterilize laboratory reagents. Restock, organize, and order regular laboratory consumables and supplies. Ship and receive biological samples. Update laboratory equipment and chemical inventories as needed. Provide assistance and prepare laboratory for EH&S and IACUC inspections. What You Will Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years industry experience; biotechnology start‑ups desired. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong record‑keeping and organizational skills. Ability to stand and walk for significant times throughout the day. Ability to lift 40 lbs. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Experience using ERP. Experience handling medical & chemical waste. Experience making standard lab media & solutions. Compensation
The salary range for this position is $89,250.00 to $105,000.00 USD annually. This range is an estimate and may vary based on individual education, experience, tenure, skills, and internal equity. Seniority level
