Overview
Location: Bastrop, TX Hourly Salary Range: $21.46 - $30.71 Join our dynamic and enthusiastic team dedicated to continuously improving the health and independence of the persons we serve. Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Youth and Family Clinical Program Manager, the case manager provides recovery-oriented case management services, skill building, and medication education. Conducts routine psycho-social-emotional needs assessments, completes Person-Centered Recovery Plans, assists youth and their families with accessing community resources, provides rehabilitative services, and initiates crisis intervention when needed. All services are documented in an electronic health record and provided in collaboration with a multidisciplinary recovery team. Ensure high-quality documentation in accordance with company and state guidelines. Maintain a high level of direct service hours, with a minimum of 55% of hours worked dedicated to direct service. Collaborate independently and within a team, prioritize needs during crisis situations, participate in regular meetings and training opportunities, and perform other duties as assigned with a positive attitude. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or, if the degree is not in Human Services, a minimum of 24 credits in a human services field. Comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment; ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment; demonstrated aptitude to connect with people. Possesses a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintains approved driver status throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Services. One year of experience in providing wellness and recovery support services in mental health, substance use, and/or crisis intervention and screening. Pursuit of clinical licensure in counseling, behavior analysis, family therapy, social work, or a related field. Advanced licensure and Licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Bilingual in ASL or Spanish. Experience in providing concurrent documentation. Eligibility for licensure as a licensed professional in related fields. Differentials
Up to $4.00/hour - Tenure with BTCS $0.75/hour - Bilingual $Up to 2.00/hour - prior experience in a similar role with a community center in Texas $1.00/hour - Masters Degree in Human Services $1.00/hour - Advanced Licensure $0.50/hour - LCDC Licensure Eligibility for $200/month Service Delivery Incentive Award Job details
