The LPN provides residents with high-quality routine care under RN supervision, adhering to Minnesota BON standards, the Resident’s Bill of Rights, and the facility QAPI program. Responsibilities include developing and modifying the resident Plan of Care, implementing delegated interventions, collecting health data, and supervising unlicensed staff to support residents' well-being. Qualifications
Completion of an approved nursing education program and current Minnesota Practical Nurse license Current CPR and emergency care certification Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities preferred About Monarch
