Full-Time nights ICU RN - 15K sign-on bonus at Kingman Regional Medical Center. Position title: Registered Nurse (RN-6000). Department: Nursing. Reports to: Unit Director. Safety Sensitive: Yes. Responsibilities

Provide nursing care under the physician’s direction and in accordance with the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act and nursing standards. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, and participate in orientation of new staff as requested. Deliver evidence-based, high-quality care with compassion and professionalism; collaborate with the patient, family, and other disciplines in decision-making and education; ensure appropriate staffing and patient satisfaction. Quality of Care and Nursing Process Provide care to prevent Healthcare Acquired Conditions and readmissions; adhere to standard precautions and CDC hand hygiene guidelines. Complete nursing assessments per unit/hospital policies; collect patient data from patients, families, and providers; develop and implement care plans; evaluate patient responses. Document care clearly and provide patient education; support discharge planning and instructions. Unit-Specific Responsibilities Medical-Surgical, Pediatrics, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Progressive Care Unit, Women’s Services, Emergency Department, Hemodialysis, Clinical Decision Unit, Echo, Surgical Services, Cath Lab and related units require varying certifications and competencies (e.g., ACLS, PALS, EKG competency) and timely completion of training per unit requirements. Maintain knowledge of unit-specific protocols and participate in ongoing performance improvement activities. Qualifications

Education:

Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program graduate. Certification/Licensure:

Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state license; current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross. Unit/Practice Requirements (examples by unit): Medical-Surgical: Basic EKG; De-escalation Techniques within specified timelines. Pediatrics: BLS, PALS within 6 months; De-escalation within 6 months; pediatric experience preferred. Intensive Care Unit: ACLS on hire; basic EKG within 30 days. Progressive Care Unit: ACLS within 3 months; basic EKG within 3 months; de-escalation within 6 months. Women’s Services: NRP within 6 months of hire/transfer; multiple obstetric training milestones. Emergency Department: ACLS/PALS within 3 months; ESI training within 6 months; TNCC within 24 months. Cath Lab/Circulator: ACLS and ECG competencies; minimum RN experience required depending on role. Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in Nursing (preferred). Experience: Clinical area experience as specified by unit; multi-disciplinary collaboration skills. Position Details
