Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting.
Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals.
Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
Have your own equipment including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists, especially those with hospice patients, are encouraged.
Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist.
Job Type PRN – A PRN therapist is part of an on‑call pool working on a per‑diem basis. PRN offers flexible scheduling, variety of settings (ALF and residential homes), higher rates, no long‑term contracts, weekend and holiday shifts with premium pay, skill maintenance, and networking opportunities.
Compensation Up to $120/eval + 2 units.
