Commercial Pipefitter

Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc, a Marsden Holding Company is a Non-Union Mechanical Contractor. We are currently looking for experienced Welder/Pipefitters The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5+ years of experience in commercial welding and pipefitting. General knowledge requirements: Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors during all weather conditions. Work may be performed at heights above 20 feet in the air. Must have reliable transportation to/from the jobs sites and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Requirements: 3 - 5+ years of experience in commercial welding and pipefitting. VRF certification is preferred. For safety reasons, basic English proficiency is required You must have a valid driver's license. OSHA 10 or 30Certification. Journeyman License is a plus! General knowledge requirements: Ability to read, understand, and install according to blueprints. Ability to lay out and fit pipe together. Ability to weld pipe in all positions (standing, kneeling, etc.) Ability to weld a variety of pipe (stainless, carbon steel, etc.) Ability to sweat and braze copper. Ability to perform installation of hangers and supports. Ability to use roll groove machine. Job Duties: Cuts pipe using hacksaw, pipe cutter, hammer and chisel, cutting torch and pipe cutting machine. Threads pipe using threading machine. Bends pipe by hand or with pipe-bending tools and machine. Tests piping systems for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges attached to pipes for indication of leaks. Observes and complies with all safety and project rules and all company policies and procedures Performs other duties as required. Why Join the Feldkamp Enterprises?
