Flagship Therapy is seeking a
PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)
for our Catalina Post Acute Care & Rehabilitation facility in Tucson, AZ. The role offers a flexible schedule with a pay rate of $40–$50 per hour, based on experience.
Position type:
PRN . Location: Catalina Post Acute Care & Rehabilitation, Tucson, AZ.
Duties:
Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and develop appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
Deliver rehabilitative treatment for patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation, and make referrals as needed.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications:
Speech‑Language Pathology license required.
Open to SLPs at all experience levels.
Experience in dysphagia, stroke, neuro rehabilitation, or respiratory recovery programs preferred.
