Medication administration
Group facilitation
Vital signs
Blood glucose monitoring
Assisting with ADLs
Documentation
Ensuring a safe milieu through safety rounds and 1:1 observation
Qualifications Required:
Graduated from an accredited program of Practical Nursing
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills
Certifications and Licenses Required:
Licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse
BLS certification
Maintains required Heart Saver CPR Certification/course completion status
Preferred:
Prior experience in a behavioral health setting helpful
