Speech-Language Pathologist – Travel Contract – Full Time. Ready for an ADVENTURE in your therapy career? Let your journey begin by joining our team of traveling Occupational and Physical Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists.
We are seeking SLPs who are flexible to go anywhere to our affiliates in 17 states: Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Duties
Effectively screens/evaluates patients within short-term and long-term rehab and outpatient settings
Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients within short and long-term settings
Administers a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based on individual patient needs
Assesses patient progress and adjusts treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements
Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders
Effectively communicates with the OneClinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers
Provides comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements
Qualifications
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
