What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
Provide high-quality individual therapy.

Qualifications
Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP).
Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
For unlicensed therapists: meet Clinical Trainee requirements and actively pursue licensure.

Commission‑based Pre-licensed: $58,000 – $91,000.
Actual compensation may vary by education, experience, skill set, equity, schedule, and location.
Employees are W-2.
