Reporting to the Automation and Controls Engineer, the welder/fabricator will design, fabricate, assemble/install, and repair sheet metal, plastic, and stainless steel parts. This position requires knowledge of working characteristics of metallic and non-metallic materials, machining, and layout techniques. Primary Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and product specifications Use hand tools and measuring devices for basic tasks Utilize power tools, lathes, mills, and welding equipment for complex tasks Work independently or in teams as directed Problem-solve process issues, including redesigning equipment; repair process equipment like pumps, gear reducers, seals, bearings, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, blowers, and conveyors Support established preventative maintenance activities and identify new PM activities as needed Support continuous process improvement initiatives Promote the Froneri culture of employee ownership Position Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, lathe, mill, and welding/fabrication equipment 3-5 years’ experience in fabrication and/or welding (MIG, TIG, Stick welding processes, cutting torch, plasma cutting) Welding certification preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Good math and analytical skills High School Diploma or GED Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) Core Values and Behaviors:

Work around others in wet/humid environments, high noise areas, and near mechanical/electrical equipment Work involves cold temperatures, requiring PPE and extended periods in refrigerated zones Fast-paced environment with strict timelines and repetitive tasks Follow hygiene and safety guidelines, including protective gear Work around potential allergens such as nuts Compensation and Benefits:

The pay rate is $42.20/hour, with opportunities for overtime, shift differential, cold premium pay, and bonuses based on company performance.
