Job Summary
We are currently searching for Tank Trailer mechanics with 3-5+ years of tank & trailer repair experience for our Commerce City, CO location.
Location 4850 East 74th Avenue, Commerce City, CO 80022
Shift Hours Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Pay Range $28.00 to $45.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases every 6 months.
Required Skills
The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer.
Tank service and repair
Trailer suspension installation and repair
Experience with air brake systems and repairs
TIG & MIG aluminum, stainless or carbon welding experience (preferred)
Ability to effectively and efficiently inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards (HM183, hazmat)
Background in confined space entry (preferred)
Must obtain a High School Diploma or GED
Physical Demands
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
With assistance, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
Must be able to fit through a tank trailer manhole
Must be able to work in confined spaces
