Join us as Bogie Manager of the Mechanical Integration team in a role based in St-Bruno (QC), CA. Purpose of the Job: Manage the mechanical integration department within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the mechanical integration team, collaborating with PrEMs, overseeing input data, Quality, Cost, and Delivery requirements (QCD), and mechanical components of the bogie system. Manage team planning, organization, workload, budgets, deliverables, and priorities. Develop and maintain the expertise and skills of team members through training and development plans. Ensure technical relevance of products from definition to industrialization, in collaboration with the team and PrEMs. Produce and update technical documentation deliverables, including CATIA 3D mock-ups, master and detail plans. Required Profile: Fluent in oral and written French and English. Experience in managing technical teams. Good communication skills. Strong synthesis and analytical skills. Leadership qualities.
