Responsibilities: Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally. Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and all variety of plumbing. Diagnosing, repairing, and replacing plumbing fixtures and systems as needed. Troubleshooting plumbing issues and developing solutions. Performing plumbing maintenance and educating homeowners on services. Providing customers with quality options and closing calls. Knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, re-pipes, re-drain, leak detections, and water heaters. Performing routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal usage. Qualifications: 3+ years plumbing experience. A polite manner and excellent customer service skills. Sound knowledge of water systems. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Pay Transparency: The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50K-$100K annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). It assumes a rate based on location and experience. Physical Demands: Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time. May be required to bend, climb (stairs/ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run. May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time. Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling. May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions. Must have the ability to maneuver in and out of ditches, dig ditches, and assist with other physical operations associated with installing, repairing, and/or maintaining in-ground septic systems and lines.
