Overview
WVUHS Medical Group seeks a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician. The successful candidate will practice in the primary location of Thomas Hospitals Pulmonary in South Charleston, WV. Responsibilities
Offer outpatient pulmonary clinic services. Provide inpatient pulmonary consults. Perform bronchoscopies. Read pulmonary function tests. Offer inpatient critical care services. Qualifications
MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligibility to obtain state medical license. Board certified or eligible in pulmonary diseases and critical care medicine. All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment. The West Virginia University Health System, the state’s largest health system and largest private employer, comprises 20 hospitals throughout the state and bordering states. In addition, it includes five institutes, as well as providing management services for other local hospitals through affiliate agreements.
