The South College School of Physician Assistant Studies Program in Asheville, North Carolina, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Physician Assistant Program Clinical Administrative Coordinator. The Clinical Administrative Coordinator for the School of Physician Assistant Studies at South College provides administrative support to the Clinical team of the Physician Assistant Studies program. Professional duties will include, but are not limited to, general office duties, attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work as part of a team. This individual must project an ongoing professional image through daily contact with students and faculty. This is a full-time position. The Mission of the South College Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies program is to educate highly qualified Physician Assistants, preparing them to become competent, compassionate, and comprehensive healthcare providers for clinical practice in rural and urban areas, focusing on underserved communities. Administrative duties as assigned to include photocopying, faxing, and electronic records review Credentialing students Maintaining student database and profiles Maintaining and reviewing evaluations Maintaining minutes for committee meetings Effectively communicating with faculty, staff, students, and alumni Acting as a liaison and representative of the program and college Requirements:
College level coursework preferred Proven competency in computers, specifically Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures Strong interpersonal skills, networking, verbal, and written skills Fluency in English including spelling, grammar, and punctuation Good organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment About the Company
