Job Summary Design Fire Protection Systems for Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects. Perform layout using AutoCAD/HydraCAD, create hydraulic calculations & pipe lists for pre‑fabrication, and collaborate efficiently with the design team.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Design & Layout of Fire Sprinkler Systems
BIM modeling
Hydraulic Calculations
Field Surveying
Listing for Fabrication
Coordination between Trades
Other duties assigned
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Education / Work Experience Associate or Technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience. Examples include Architectural, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management degrees.
NICET certification preferred.
High mechanical interest.
Experience in the Fire Protection Design field is required.
AutoCAD and/or HydraCAD experience is required.
Ability to multi‑task to the extreme.
Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record required.
Excellent communicator, self‑motivated individual with great organizational skills.
Computer Skills
Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
