Job Description The Radiologic Technologist (RT) Flex works with medical providers and assistants to examine and treat GoHealth Urgent Care patients. Responsibilities include:
Under the direction of the clinical provider, perform x‑ray services for patients of all ages.
Ensure patients are positioned correctly and protected during use.
Conduct patient registration, process co‑pays, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals.
Inform technical staff of patient flow and prepare patients for examination.
Perform preliminary physical tests, conduct point‑of‑care testing, and provide patient information to providers.
Stock supplies and maintain exam rooms, front desk, and reception area; check expiration dates and maintain inventory.
Maintain medical records, scan charts to patient files, handle phone calls, and perform opening and closing duties.
Follow operating instructions, perform daily controls and calibration of equipment, maintain QA/QC logs, and submit repair tickets as needed.
Requirements
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required
Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Valid state driver’s license
Must pass MVR background check
