What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop superior product and disease state knowledge to engage in clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver resources and ensure effective territory management
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities
Manage administrative tasks including sales call data, expense reporting, and customer objective responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a specialty sales environment, preferably in rare diseases or adult endocrinology
Proven ability to work in ambiguous, changing environments with a strong performance history
Experience with complex distribution systems and patient services in specialty pharmacies
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; overnight travel required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a new product launch environment
Start-up experience preferred
Familiarity with HUB services to ensure smooth customer experiences
Proven ability to develop successful business plans based on customer needs
Strong skills in data analysis to assess performance and identify opportunities
