Full-time, benefited, 0.8-1.0 FTE Hours/Schedule:
Typically 32-40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule Settings:
Primarily treat patients in SNF/LTC; other settings include outpatient and home health About our Team
Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. We offer PT, OT, and SLP services, with a multidisciplinary approach and strong teamwork. We have 3 orthopaedic specialists and 2 Lymphedema treating therapists. We serve wonderful and diverse populations. It is rewarding seeing our patients rehab at home and be able to come back for outpatient services. About the Community
